THE MERIDA EX 3-day Enduro 2025 is open to just 80 riders.

That means you won’t queue endlessly at the start line of a stage or for a beer or a burger all weekend. You won’t ride a single knackered corner or braking bump.

You’ll ride with your mates, and you’ll make some new ones … then you’ll party with the same people in the evening (if you can keep your eyes open, that is!).

It’s fun, it’s no hassle, and it’s low-stress. It’s also low impact on Exmoor’s trails and the area, which is good for everyone and gives us a chance to return year after year.

As in 2024, this year we are open to entries from both ‘e’ and ‘analogue’ bikes and will have race categories for both.  

So for you ‘e’ bikers we will have dedicated charging facilities at the event HQ in Allerford, for you to charge your batteries at the end of each day. We will also offer the option to chauffeur your second battery to the Vintage Tea feed station on Saturday and Sunday. You can also plug in at the tea stop to top up your battery whilst you munch some finger sandwiches and scoff some scones.  

The all-inclusive entry fee for THE MERIDA EX 2025 is £425
Unfortunately, for our 2025 event, we will have to increase the entry fee to £425. This is something we have tried to avoid in the past; however, in order to make our all-inclusive event sustainable without cutting corners whilst continuing to add new and exciting elements to our programme, we have no choice other than to increase the entry fee.

Almost every cost element for our event has increased by 15-25%, and in some cases even more. It is very important to us to keep the event small as we know the low number of riders ensures our unique atmosphere, so covering costs by increasing the number of entries was not an option for us. The low participation numbers also ensure the integrity of the land we have access to. We get a lot of support from the industry, and our partners have been very generous over the years, but even with their continued and sometimes increasing support, the entry fee increase is unavoidable.

We hope you understand and that this doesn’t affect the interest we’ve seen over the last few years.

Entries to THE EX will open on Sunday, the 2nd of March 2025, at 9 am for everybody who has put their name on the pre-registration list.

ONLY RIDERS WHO ARE PRE-REGISTERED WILL GET THE PRIVATE ENTRY LINK BEFORE THE 2nd OF MARCH 2025.

Should there be entries available 48 hours after that date, then we will make the entry page public at 9 am on the 4th of March, 2025.

As entries usually sell out well before they’re open to the public (3 mins in 2024), we highly recommend pre-registering below.
