Online entry
The online entry for our 2024 event will open on the 3rd of March 2024 at 9 am. Please remember that only riders who have pre-registered via the pre-registration page will receive a private entry link shortly before the 3rd of March 2024. Without this link, you cannot enter on the 3rd of March 2024.
Should entries be available 48 hours after that date, we will make the entry page public at 9 am on the 5th of March 2024.
The all-inclusive price for our 2024 event is £375.
Cancellation policy:
If you cancel up to a month before the event, your entry fee minus £50 (handling fee) will be returned.
Alternatively, you can transfer your entry to another rider, providing you will be able to let us know their details at least a week before the start of the event. If you have to cancel in the month leading up to the event, then we will not be able to pay your entry fee back or transfer your entry to another person.

Entry Agreement
I confirm that I will ride and behave responsibly throughout the event, giving way to vehicles that I may encounter on the course. I will wear a helmet and appropriate protection at all times when on the course, ride on the left and observe signage & directions given to me by official event stewards. I will not cross any course boundary tape. I understand that this event involves a high level of exertion and that it is a strenuous endurance event. I am of sound body and mind and able to ride in such an event and under such conditions. I will not hold Bikefest Ltd or anyone involved in the organisation or the land-owners responsible for any material or personal damage, however caused, before, during or after the event.
